Dr. Jagan Nath Shrestha. Dr. Shrestha is one of the foremost energy experts based in Kathmandu, Nepal and is a Professor Emeritus and former Director of Center for Energy Studies at Tribhuvan University’s Engineering Campus. He is often consulted by the Government of Nepal on energy policy matters and also speaks regularly at local and international conferences relating to Energy sector in Nepal.
